LuCinda’s process consist of such skills as analyzing applicant’s financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine loan feasibility, and performing daily maintenance of the loan application and underwriting.

LuCinda and her husband Doug have 4 children and 5 grand children and are blessed All live in the Austin and central Texas area. LuCinda’s interests are family, church, charity volunteer, shopping “shoes”, travel, Longhorn football, boating, running Townlake, and enjoying friends.

Amber grew up in the Philadelphia area and relocated to Florida, finishing her Bachelor’s in Business Management at South Florida University, before finally settling with her family in their most loved vacation spot – Austin, Texas.
When Amber is not helping her clients achieve their homeownership dreams, she can be found cheering her daughter on at a soccer game, traveling, enjoying a large glass of wine, being a hair icon, or shopping ‘til she drops. She loves spending time with her family, being the best Mom, being the favorite Auntie, and answering the question ‘Why?’ 38 times a day. Amber is also a superfan of all things sparkly and bright!
